French‑speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Manchester head‑office. Working within the Customer Service team, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, supporting the sales process from order entry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders and manage administration after a sale is confirmed.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, vendors, the warehouse and Account Managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, price lists, quotes and diary management for Account Managers.
• Provide professional sales support and resolve enquiries efficiently.

Required profile

• Business‑level fluency in French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support.
