About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its Birmingham, AL team. You will own the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring the right talent to the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Avature applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse environment.
