Full Stack Engineer (AI Litigation Platform)

About the role

Wexler is building the leading AI platform for litigation, helping top law firms extract critical facts from massive document sets. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Full Stack Engineer to work closely with the founders and technical team to design, build, and scale our document‑analysis agents.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale full‑stack applications that power Wexler’s agentic document‑analysis systems.
• Create customer‑facing features, internal tooling, and DevOps infrastructure to support rapid platform growth.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate large‑language‑model capabilities into production‑ready software.
• Build robust, scalable backend services using modern cloud technologies.
• Design intuitive user interfaces for legal professionals interacting with AI tools.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building AI‑driven products.
• Ability to work closely with founders and senior engineers in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript for backend development.
• Proficient Python programming for AI system development.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL database design and optimization.

• Familiarity with integrating LLM capabilities into production software.
