Full Stack Engineer (Front End Leaning) – PHP & React

About the role

We are partnering with a people‑first business that uses technology to create a positive impact on lives. They are seeking a Mid‑Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building high‑quality digital products and wants their work to be visible and meaningful.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from concept through deployment, collaborating with technical and commercial teams.
• Improve performance, usability, accessibility and overall customer experience.
• Design and run conversion‑rate optimisation experiments.
• Build and enhance frontend components, backend functionality, forms and customer journeys.
• Integrate and maintain APIs and third‑party services that support the website.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design and user‑centred thinking.
• Comfortable working with AI tooling to boost development workflow.
• Experience with collaborative design tools such as Figma.
