Full Stack Engineer – Laravel & React (Front‑End Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer who will own features from concept through to deployment. The role sits at the intersection of design, development and performance optimisation, helping to deliver high‑quality digital products that make a tangible, positive impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain frontend components using React with a strong eye for design.
• Develop backend functionality in PHP/Laravel, including APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to improve performance, usability, accessibility and overall customer experience.
• Run conversion‑rate optimisation experiments and iterate on UI/UX improvements.
• Work with Git‑based workflows and incorporate AI tooling into the development process.

Required profile

• Mid‑to‑senior developer comfortable taking ownership of features end‑to‑end.
• Passionate about building products that have visible, meaningful impact.
• Enjoys working in a flexible, hybrid environment (one day a week onsite in Birmingham).
