Full Stack Engineer – .NET (Hybrid, UK‑wide)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our established IT team, delivering bespoke .NET applications for internal stakeholders and external clients across the UK. The role is hybrid, with two days per week onsite, and operates within a global agile squad delivering high‑quality web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑quality tools for internal and client use as part of a front‑end and back‑end development team.
• Collaborate with product owners in an agile squad to deliver enhancements and new products.
• Analyse project scope and contribute to defining technical direction to meet delivery milestones.
• Act as a trusted advisor on best‑practice software development, managing risks, timelines and technology choices.
• Liaise with stakeholders across product, support and reporting functions throughout the application lifecycle.
• Build consensus among stakeholders with differing viewpoints.
• Support continuous development within the team through mentoring, pair programming and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing enterprise web applications using C# and the .NET stack.
• Solid understanding of agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in distributed development teams.
• Ability to analyse requirements, define technical solutions and meet delivery milestones.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and consensus building.
