Full-time Scaffolders – UK Wide

About the role

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis across the United Kingdom. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting and dismantling scaffold structures in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, alter and dismantle scaffold structures according to drawings and method statements.
• Interpret technical drawings and plan safe access solutions.
• Load, unload and store scaffold materials and equipment safely.
• Coordinate scaffold requirements with supervisors, project teams and other trades.
• Maintain clean and secure work areas on site.
• Carry out safety checks, attend toolbox talks and report hazards or defective equipment promptly.

Required profile

• Strong scaffolding skills with proven experience in erection, alteration and dismantling.
• Competence working at height and in confined spaces, using appropriate fall protection and permit‑to‑work procedures.
• Valid CSCS or equivalent site safety card.
• Formal scaffolding training or certification (e.g., CISRS) and good knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, method statements and risk assessments.
• Good physical fitness, manual‑handling capability and a full UK driving licence (beneficial).
