Full‑Stack Software Engineer for AI Litigation Platform

About the role

Wexler is building a next‑generation AI system that helps litigation teams extract, cross‑reference and act on facts from massive document collections. We are looking for an entrepreneurial full‑stack engineer to join the founding technical team and help scale our document‑analysis agents.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and scale full‑stack applications that power Wexler’s AI‑driven document analysis.
• Build customer‑facing features, internal tooling and DevOps infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to embed large‑language‑model capabilities into production systems.
• Design robust, scalable back‑end services using modern cloud platforms.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for legal professionals.
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI‑enabled legal tech.
• Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.
• Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and grow toward a leadership role.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript for back‑end development.
• Proficient Python programming, especially for AI system work.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Ability to integrate Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities into production software.
