Fund Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Fund Operations Manager to join a newly launching private capital investment platform. The role will own the operational framework that supports fundraising, investor onboarding, governance and service‑provider oversight. It is a hands‑on position for an experienced operator who enjoys building processes and solving problems in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end investor onboarding, including KYC, subscription workflow, service standards and closing processes.
• Maintain the fund’s obligations framework: regulatory filings, side‑letter obligations and document deadlines across all fundraising jurisdictions.
• Oversee the service‑provider network (administrator, depositary, corporate administrator, counsel, auditor, banks) – service review, escalation, fee and engagement oversight.
• Coordinate capital events – capital calls and distributions, ensuring notices, calculations and side‑letter requirements are correctly handled.
• Produce quarterly investor reports by sourcing vessel‑level, commercial and financial data and delivering verified packs to Investor Relations and the Fund Controller.
• Run governance operations for the general partner and investment manager – board meeting cycles, pack preparation, minutes, resolutions and statutory filings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund operations or similar operational roles within alternative investment management.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to build and improve processes.
• Comfort working closely with senior stakeholders and external service providers.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple high‑visibility tasks simultaneously.
