Fundraising Officer (Hybrid, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Fundraising Officer will support London Wildlife Trust’s mission to restore wild places and reconnect people with nature. Working on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, the role is hybrid, combining office‑based work at the head office with remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fundraising, membership and legacy campaigns.
• Manage the full supporter journey from welcome to re‑activation.
• Maintain the supporter database (Access CRM) with accurate records.
• Administer direct debits, donations and membership records.
• Provide excellent supporter care, responding to enquiries and building lasting relationships.

Required profile

• Experience delivering fundraising or marketing campaigns, preferably in a charity.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with data to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Proactive, self‑motivated team player comfortable working independently.
• Genuine passion for nature and the Trust’s mission.
