About the role
A Top 30 Accounting Practice is looking for a Global Mobility Tax Manager to join its UK‑wide Employer Solutions team. You will work within a close‑knit group of around 30 professionals, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and own relationships within your client portfolio.
- Utilise a strong compliance background; reviewing tax returns is ideal but not mandatory.
- Deliver advice and lead ad‑hoc technical projects.
- Support business development through proposals and RFPs for new and existing clients.
- Identify and improve processes and procedures.
- Explore and implement the latest technology solutions.
Required profile
- ATT, CTA or ACA qualified.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Experience working with a varied client portfolio, from large to mid‑market and smaller firms.
