This entry‑level, performance‑driven position offers a fast‑track career in a high‑energy environment, where you will build your own specialist desk and develop commercial expertise across engineering, energy, technology and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage candidates, coordinating interviews and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Negotiate offers and close placements, ensuring a smooth transition from briefing to offer.
• Become a market specialist by deepening knowledge of the sectors you recruit for.

Required profile

• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by targets and earnings.
• Confident communicator, comfortable making phone calls.
• Coachable attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Sales experience is helpful but not essential.
