Graduate Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Commission)

About the role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will join a fast‑growing specialist team focused on the Engineering and Technology sectors. You will receive one‑to‑one training, continuous support and clear pathways to senior and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clients across the Engineering and Technology sectors.
• Generate new business through outbound sales activity and cold calling.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development to placement.
• Source, screen and interview candidates; advertise vacancies and proactively head‑hunt talent.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the recruitment process.
• Develop a specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
