Graduate Recruitment Consultant – US Market

About the role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant focusing on the US market, you will join Rise Technical Recruitment’s fast‑growing team in Bristol. You will receive industry‑leading training and the chance to earn uncapped commission while building a specialist recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Source and interview high‑quality candidates for engineering, energy, technology and construction roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, winning new business.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from brief to placement.
• Negotiate offers and close deals to meet client and candidate expectations.
• Develop expertise in the US market sector you cover.
