Graduate Sales Executive – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing team in central Manchester. You will introduce businesses to our consultancy and people‑management software solutions, helping them run more efficiently while building your own sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals.
• Book appointments with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced hospitality, telesales, door‑to‑door, outbound sales or lead‑generation role.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision‑makers.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
