Graduate Trainee Accountant

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Trainee Accountant to join our finance team in Manchester. This position offers a fast‑track start to a professional accountancy career, with real responsibility from day one and full support to study for a recognised qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the purchase and sales ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts.
- Support the production of financial reports.
- Collaborate with senior finance professionals on day‑to‑day tasks.
Required profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a numerate discipline with a genuine interest in finance.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
- No prior professional experience required – the right attitude is essential.
Required skills
- Strong Excel skills (advantageous).
