Group Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

The Group Corporate Communications Manager leads ISP’s internal and external communications across a multi‑country, multilingual organisation. Reporting to the Group Head of Global Communications and Marketing, you will shape strategy, create compelling narratives and ensure consistent brand voice while supporting senior leaders and managing change programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern ISP’s internal channel strategy, editorial standards and integrated communications calendar.
• Produce high‑quality content for intranet, video, leadership messages, toolkits and short‑form formats.
• Build ISP’s external reputation through media relations, thought‑leadership content and SEO‑optimised owned media.
• Lead communications for major transformation programmes, EVP launch and crisis management, providing toolkits and training to regional teams.
• Manage and develop the PR Manager, oversee agency relationships, budgets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Significant experience in corporate communications covering internal communications and external media relations.
• Proven ability to communicate change and transformation to internal audiences.
• Experience line‑managing staff and handling agency contracts and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and sound judgement on confidential matters.
• Experience in crisis communications planning and execution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as monday.com.
• Use of PR distribution platforms and reputation/media monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles for written content.
• Data‑informed mindset for strategy development and performance analysis.
