Group Financial Accountant

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing PE‑backed group expanding across Europe, is seeking a Group Financial Accountant to join their new Manchester office. The role offers exposure to all finance functions and the chance to influence processes during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly consolidated reports for shareholders and the management committee.
• Oversee monthly close for all corporate entities within the group.
• Manage weekly group cash‑flow forecasting and reporting.
• Support business valuations and ad‑hoc financial analysis requests.
• Communicate financial performance and position to key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• ACCA or ACA qualified accountant.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to propose practical solutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and delivering complex financial information.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
