About the role
This high‑growth tech business is seeking a Growth Analytics Lead to shape company‑wide strategy across product, commercial and customer performance. Based in London, you will use data to drive adoption, activation, retention and revenue outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product adoption, activation and retention through data‑driven insights.
- Analyse customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop pricing, monetisation and revenue insights.
- Design, run and measure experiments to test hypotheses.
- Partner with product and engineering teams on measurement frameworks.
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Background in growth, product or commercial analytics or data science.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate analysis into business actions.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Required skills
- SQL (advanced)
- BI tools
