Growth Associate

About the role

As a Growth Associate you will work across marketing, commercial strategy, RevOps, reporting and analytics to accelerate Spruce’s growth as we add thousands of installers over the next 18 months. You will collaborate closely with the founders and be involved in everything that drives the business forward, from running experiments to supporting sales and analysing data.

Key responsibilities

• Run growth experiments, set up and evaluate marketing tests, quickly discard ineffective ideas and iterate on successful levers.
• Create and manage ads, creative assets and content for top‑ and middle‑funnel marketing, including videos, testimonials, copy for the website, socials and nurturing emails.
• Support sales and customer‑success teams by building systems that enable hyper‑efficient scaling and deliver more value per hour.
• Analyse customer usage data, break down conversion rates across marketing and sales pipelines, identify improvement areas and propose strategic changes.

• Brilliant communicator who can write concise copy and explain complex concepts simply.
• Highly analytical with a strong affinity for numbers and comfort working in Excel.
• Natural people‑person who easily builds rapport and puts others at ease.
• AI enthusiast with advanced experience using large language models and building side‑projects.
• Passion for heat‑pump technology and the renewable‑energy mission.
