Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Celerity is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to shape and execute its new‑business marketing strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will own end‑to‑end campaign planning across key technology pillars such as Cyber Security, AI, Data Resilience, Infrastructure and Software, driving qualified pipeline and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with business growth objectives and strategic sales priorities.
• Own the new‑logo marketing engine, building campaign plans for target industries and identifying new market opportunities.
• Manage digital, email, social, webinar, event and partner marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI.
• Design and execute lead‑generation and nurture programmes using HubSpot and other marketing technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the New Business Team to align marketing activity with sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within technology, software, MSP or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver integrated demand‑generation campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Curious, proactive, creative problem‑solver and confident communicator.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
