GTM Systems Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing tech business in Manchester to hire a GTM Systems Engineer. The role sits at the intersection of data, systems and sales, ensuring commercial teams have accurate information, efficient processes and the right tools to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve data quality across CRM and GTM platforms.
• Support data cleansing, enrichment and ongoing database maintenance.
• Build reports and dashboards that enable commercial teams to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand challenges, improve processes and optimise lead routing.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to remove bottlenecks.
• Work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to enhance system efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial analytics, data analytics, CRM administration or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to support sales or customer‑facing teams with data‑driven insights.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, curiosity and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Clay, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar data enrichment tools.
• Excel
• SQL
• Power BI
• Salesforce or another CRM platform
