About the role

The Head of Customer Delivery will lead customer service operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service during a period of growth and change. Based in the Midlands, the role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on site engagement and regular nationwide travel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service consistency and operational performance across all sites.
• Develop and execute a customer delivery strategy aligned with manufacturing and supply‑chain objectives.
• Build strong, site‑led accountability while maintaining clear governance.
• Decentralise customer service delivery without losing pace, control, or consistency.
• Lead and develop resilient, high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Manage change and transformation initiatives while protecting service continuity.

Required profile

• Senior leader with proven experience delivering customer service at scale in fast‑moving manufacturing settings.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of manufacturing operations, supply‑chain pressures, and customer outcomes.
• Track record of co‑creating strategy and translating it into execution across multiple sites.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams through clarity, ownership, and emotional intelligence.
• Resilient, calm authority capable of motivating people through purpose, standards, and accountability.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and preferably based in the Midlands.
