Head of Digital

About the role

We are partnering with one of the UK’s fastest‑growing oral‑care brands to find a strategic leader who will own the digital and marketing function end‑to‑end. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting above the existing marketing team and agency partners, the Head of Digital will shape the overall digital strategy and drive growth across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full‑year digital and marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets.
• Lead the internal marketing team, set clear objectives, and manage agency and freelancer relationships.
• Oversee paid media on Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms, optimizing ROAS and CAC.
• Develop and run influencer and affiliate programmes, scaling creator partnerships and ambassador initiatives.
• Direct social media activity across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and new platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Own email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo, driving retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Plan and execute go‑to‑market campaigns for new product launches, coordinating cross‑functional efforts.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, track KPIs and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a marketing leadership role with a proven record of scaling consumer e‑commerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus, comfortable with KPI‑driven optimisation.
• Experience managing multi‑channel performance marketing and agency teams.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Bonus: background in DTC e‑commerce, beauty or oral‑care, and experience with influencer/affiliate programmes.
