About the role

As Head of Digital Solutions you will shape the future of technology, digital innovation and business transformation for a leading supply‑chain solutions organisation. You will own the digital strategy, ensuring that technology, data and systems deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s digital strategy, technology roadmap and transformation agenda aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and implement ERP, data, automation and AI‑enabled solutions that drive performance.
• Lead and continuously improve IT, ERP and Digital Solutions, guaranteeing security, scalability and resilience.
• Drive innovation through data analytics, automation and responsible AI adoption while maintaining strong governance and cybersecurity.
• Oversee strategic digital transformation programmes, embedding project governance, change management and business adoption.
• Manage technology partners, digital investments and budgets to ensure measurable ROI.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing digital team focused on the organisation’s top priorities.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in IT, ERP, Digital or Technology functions.
• Strategic thinker comfortable championing AI and digital innovation.
• Visible, engaging leader who builds relationships across multiple sites.
