Head of PR & Marketing – Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of PR & Marketing to lead our communications strategy during a 12‑month maternity cover. The role will oversee earned, paid and owned media, influencer partnerships and high‑profile events to boost brand visibility and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and paid‑media strategies that raise brand awareness across earned, owned and paid channels.
• Lead influencer, VIP and celebrity relationships to enhance the brand’s prestige in key markets.
• Oversee social‑media strategy, brand partnerships, events and product‑launch activations.
• Manage a team of four communications professionals and coordinate external agencies.
• Maintain stakeholder relations, act as spokesperson and handle press inquiries and crisis communications.
• Control the department budget, allocate resources efficiently and report performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of senior communications or PR experience, preferably in luxury lifestyle, fashion or related sectors.
• Proven track record of leading small teams and managing external agencies.
• Extensive international communications experience across the UK, EU, US and Middle East.
• Strong strategic thinking, creative storytelling and crisis‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and activations.
