Head of Processing – Central Finance

About the role

Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client to hire a Head of Processing – Central Finance. Reporting to the Operations Director, this senior appointment will sit on the Senior Leadership Team at the Manchester head office and will have responsibility across UK regions. You will own the operational machine behind the processing function and set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations, including reviewing and improving current processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations.
• Manage the operational machine behind the processing function across UK regions.
• Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a large processing/billings team.
• Senior management track record with impact on change management and process improvements.
• Experience motivating, growing and developing teams.
• Project experience, ideally in processing or automation.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
