Head of School / Principal – Academic Year 2027/28

About the role

International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking expressions of interest from exceptional educational leaders for the 2027/28 academic year. As a Principal/Head of School you will lead a school within an international network, working closely with the Regional Managing Director and colleagues across ISP.

Key responsibilities

• People Development & Wellbeing – Build a high‑performing, engaged school community where students and staff feel safe, valued and supported to achieve their potential.
• Student Learning Outcomes – Lead the pursuit of high‑quality teaching, learning and achievement, using evidence, data and professional development to drive improvement.
• Community & Exceptional Customer Experience – Position the school as a School of Choice, building trusted relationships with students, parents and stakeholders to enhance reputation and enrolment.
• Commercial Success – Oversee operational and financial performance, ensuring effective resource use, sustainable enrolment growth and achievement of financial targets while maintaining high educational standards.
