Head of Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale our end‑to‑end global supply chain operations across the UK and the US. This senior leadership position owns procurement, manufacturing partnerships, logistics and inventory strategy, directly supporting growth and product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a scalable, high‑performing global supply chain strategy.
• Build strong partnerships with contract manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers.
• Create a resilient, flexible network to support growth and new product launches.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract management and develop a diversified supplier base.
• Drive supplier performance, quality and continuous improvement.
• Own cost visibility, drive cost optimisation and improve forecasting, planning and supply chain efficiency.
• Optimise inventory to balance availability, cost and cash flow.
• Oversee international logistics across the UK, US and global markets, managing freight, warehousing and distribution strategy.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and R&D teams to support product launches and align demand planning.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end supply chain operations.
• Strong background in procurement, supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Experience managing international suppliers and logistics networks.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Leadership experience across cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the United States (approximately 30%).
• Preferred experience in supplements, nutraceuticals or consumer goods, exposure to US contract manufacturing, and background in high‑growth or scaling businesses.
