Home Delivery Driver

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Home Delivery Driver to join our team and be the face of Iceland to our customers. You will deliver grocery orders directly to homes, ensuring a friendly and reliable service while staying active on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and complete pre‑trip van checks.
• Deliver food orders in optimal condition and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in store operations when needed.
• Work independently, manage time efficiently and adapt to shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm.

Required profile

• Full driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.
