Housekeeper – Retirement Village

About the role

Audley Villages is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across our retirement villages. You will work in a peaceful, luxurious environment, ensuring both owners and external guests enjoy a pristine setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of private homes, communal areas, and guest suites.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for owners, families, and team members.
• Ensure all village facilities meet Audley’s immaculate standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the appropriate department.
• Adapt cleaning methods to meet individual owner preferences.

Required profile

• Warm, reliable, and discreet individual.
• Ability to treat owners’ homes with respect and follow their specific requirements.
• Strong sense of empathy and customer service.
• Willingness to learn and follow Audley’s training programmes.
