Housekeeping Attendant – 32 hrs/week

About the role

Join the ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus team as a Housekeeping Attendant, where you will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless and welcoming. Your work directly contributes to a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards.
• Replenish linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Respond promptly and politely to guest requests.
• Safeguard guest privacy and personal belongings at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to supervisors.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and linen distribution.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent cleanliness standards.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend and lift throughout shifts.
• Two years’ previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Warm, caring personality with a professional, welcoming approach.
