Housing Apprentice – Lettings Team

About the role

Join Sanctuary Group’s Lettings Team in Manchester as a Housing Apprentice. You will work alongside Customer Lettings Coordinators, helping match people with suitable homes and supporting them through the moving process while gaining a solid foundation in housing services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in matching tenants with appropriate properties.
• Support customers throughout the lettings and moving journey.
• Collaborate with Lettings Coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop a practical understanding of the full lettings cycle.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.
• Minimum of 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4‑9 in Maths and English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
