About the role
Are you a driven legal professional with a passion for client care and results? Our client is seeking a Housing Disrepair Solicitor / Fee Earner to join a dynamic team in Liverpool, delivering high‑quality advice and advocacy in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of housing disrepair claims, both pre‑ and post‑litigation.
- Draft and manage interlocutory applications.
- Liaise with counsel and provide clear instructions.
- Manage complex cases confidently across small claims, fast‑track and multi‑track matters.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve client objectives.
Required profile
- Previous housing disrepair experience is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of CPR and Housing Conditions case law.
- Target‑driven with a commitment to exceptional client care.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
