About the role
We are seeking a proactive Housing Officer to join our team in London. The role involves supporting tenants and managing properties, with a hybrid office presence of at least three days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Address anti‑social behaviour (ASB) issues and conduct estate walk‑abouts.
- Carry out new tenant visits within six weeks of tenancy start.
- Perform tenancy and occupancy checks, targeting 20 successful checks each month.
- Handle tenant complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Cover duty rota and undertake additional duties as required.
Required profile
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Good knowledge of housing legislation and regulations.
