About the role
We are recruiting an experienced People & Culture Partner for a fast‑paced, commercial organisation based in Colne. Reporting to the Group Head of People and Culture, you will help shape how the business attracts, develops and supports its people.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide commercially aligned HR advice.
- Develop and implement policies and frameworks covering performance, attendance, employee relations, onboarding, reward, engagement and wellbeing.
- Drive consistent People & Culture practices across the UK, adapting group frameworks for a dynamic sales environment.
- Support organisational change, ensuring new structures and ways of working are adopted.
- Provide trusted advice on complex employee‑relations matters in line with UK employment law.
- Improve HRIS processes, data quality and overall employee experience.
- Lead initiatives on employee wellbeing, resilience and a sustainable working environment.
- Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across people processes.
- Assist managers with talent management, succession planning and performance development.
- Coach line managers to strengthen people‑management capabilities.
Required profile
- Significant experience in a senior HR role within a commercially focused or sales‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of creating and embedding HR policies, procedures and processes during growth or change.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and handling complex employee‑relations cases.
- Experience implementing consistent HR approaches across multiple teams or locations.
- Involvement in wellbeing, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Understanding of commercial priorities and ability to deliver people solutions that support business performance.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and challenging constructively.
- CIPD Level 5/7 qualification or equivalent professional experience (desirable).
