HR Graduate – Transportation Team

About the role

Join Kier's Transportation team in Wymondham as an HR Graduate and gain hands‑on experience supporting key HR initiatives within a leading construction and infrastructure services company.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, and employee engagement.
• Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team.
• Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Carry out exit interviews with leavers to analyse feedback, trends and improve staff retention.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, liaising with HR and project management teams.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 or recent graduate (within the past three years) with a degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
