HSQE Manager – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental initiatives across multiple sites in the UK. In this senior leadership position you will own the HSQE systems, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSQE activities across the business and support operational teams.
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigations and compliance reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement programmes and promote a positive safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven HSQE, SHEQ or HSE management experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing ISO management systems.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, construction or a similar sector.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 implementation and auditing.
• ISO 14001 implementation and auditing.
• ISO 45001 implementation and auditing.
• Risk assessment and incident investigation.
