Human Capital Associate – UK & EUR

About the role

The Human Capital Associate based in London will support the Head of Human Capital for the UK & Europe region, driving HR strategy, compliance and payroll across multiple sites. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals and regional labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Human Capital in executing regional HR strategy and provide actionable counsel to business partners.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle – sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and off‑boarding – to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Oversee regional administrative functions, including health & safety coordination, resource provisioning and GDPR‑compliant record keeping.
• Lead the monthly payroll cycle for UK & EUR operations, ensuring accurate wage calculations, tax reporting and statutory deductions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Drive HR operational efficiency through HRIS technology, process automation and workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a regional or multi‑site capacity.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role within a multinational organization operating in the UK & EUR.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European labour laws and payroll regulations.
