Human Resource Project Intern (TikTok Shop)

About the role

This internship is part of TikTok Shop’s EU Human Resources team, focusing on early‑careers programs, team culture, and strategic HR projects. You will work on short‑term, impact‑driven initiatives that give you real‑world experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment, onboarding of graduates and interns, and build a strong early‑talent community.
• Plan team‑bonding activities, celebrate milestones, and help foster an inclusive, connected workplace.
• Contribute to EU‑wide HR projects, including analytics, operations, and process improvements.
• Identify and drive HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration and employee experience.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an interest in Human Resources.
• Passionate, proactive, eager to learn, with a strong “can‑do” attitude and growth mindset.
• Available to start immediately and commit to a minimum three‑month internship.
• Fluent in English and at least one European language (German, French, Spanish, or Italian); a second language is required for collaboration across EMEA.
