IFA Account Manager – Wealth Management

About the role

The IFA Account Manager will support our independent wealth‑management clients, financial planners and the investment management team. Based in our Mayfair office, you will act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth administration of private client accounts and new business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality administrative and analytical support to planners and clients.
• Process new business for private clients, including account set‑ups across multiple investment platforms using Connor Broadley processes.
• Maintain compliance by checking all new business paperwork before submission.
• Contribute data for management information reporting and KPI tracking.
• Manage diaries for planners and investment managers and schedule client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with external product providers and act as a primary point of contact for clients.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, planners and suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Head of Account Management during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with company systems and investment platform processes.
