IFA Administrator – Path to Junior Paraplanner (Wealth Management)

About the role

Our client, an established IFA firm near Hemel Hempstead, is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator. The position offers a supportive environment, clear progression to a junior paraplanner role and a range of benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business, fund switches, withdrawals and policy servicing across multiple providers such as Aviva, Fidelity, Prudential, Aegon and Quilter.
• Maintain client records on back‑office systems, with XPLAN training provided.
• Support advisers with valuations, reports and compliance administration.
• Liaise with clients and providers to deliver excellent service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ IFA administration experience.
• Confidence using provider platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of FE Analytics, Defaqto or Cashcalc (training available).
