IFA Administrator – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to support the Client Services Manager in a growing wealth management firm based in Birmingham. The role involves handling financial services administration, processing Letters of Authority, preparing client documentation and liaising with providers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and coordinate with providers to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries.
• Ensure all documentation complies with FCA regulatory standards.
• Gather data for cash‑flow modelling and portfolio analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as an administrator within an Independent Financial Adviser practice.
• Experience with Intelligent Office is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational abilities with effective planning and prioritisation.
