Immediate Start Accounts Assistant – Temporary

About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing manufacturing business in Birmingham, needs immediate temporary support for their Accounts Payable team following a recent acquisition. You will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and work in a dynamic, friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Handle supplier queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis.
- Prepare data for monthly payment runs.
Required profile
- Ability to commute to Birmingham City Centre.
- Minimum six months experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high accuracy.
