About the role
We are looking for motivated Sales Advisors to join our fast‑paced Manchester team with immediate start dates. You will work Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm, using high‑quality leads to generate meetings and drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and commission goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of telephone‑based sales experience.
- Confident, persuasive communicator with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary up to £30,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission with OTE potential of £65,000+.
- Guaranteed bonus for the first three months.
- Two salary reviews per year and promotion opportunities within the first year.
