Inbound Account Executive

About the role

The Inbound Account Executive will turn warm enquiries into new business for a fast‑growing inside‑sales team in Birmingham. You will engage organisations that have already shown interest, understand their needs and guide them through the sales journey from first contact to signed agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries from prospective customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build value throughout the sales process and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and produce reliable sales forecasts.
• Participate in daily coaching sessions and ongoing development activities.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales, telesales or inside‑sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable working to sales targets and KPIs.
• Organised with excellent pipeline management.
• Motivated by personal development and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM experience preferred).
