Inbound Sales Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing training provider as an Inbound Sales Executive. You will turn warm enquiries into enrolments, advising prospective learners on the right courses and guiding them through the registration process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound telephone, email and online enquiries from prospective learners.
• Consult with customers to understand their career goals and recommend suitable training courses and qualifications.
• Build lasting relationships with individual learners and corporate clients.
• Guide customers through the enrolment process, answering questions and overcoming objections.
• Support onboarding by ensuring all documentation and communications are completed accurately.
• Develop new business opportunities and corporate partnerships where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company’s CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ambitious and motivated to build a long‑term career in sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £29,500 with realistic OTE of £50,000.
