Industrials M&A Associate

About the role
This position supports the execution of sell‑side, buy‑side and strategic advisory mandates within the Paper & Packaging sector. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout the deal lifecycle, gaining exposure to cross‑border transactions across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials and client presentations.
- Coordinate due‑diligence processes and manage multiple transaction workstreams.
- Support senior bankers on live M&A deals, from origination to closing.
- Contribute to sector research and business‑development initiatives.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of M&A experience in an investment bank, corporate finance advisory firm or Big 4 M&A team.
- Demonstrable involvement on live M&A transactions.
- Excellent analytical ability and strong academic background.
- Fluent English; an additional European language is a plus.
