About the role

As an Influencer Account Manager within SocialChain, you will lead influencer‑driven campaigns for top‑tier brands, ensuring fast‑paced delivery that matches the speed of social media. This 4‑month fixed‑term position is based in London and sits at the intersection of client strategy, creator partnership, and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign workflows, including brief creation, talent sourcing, negotiation, activation, and post‑campaign reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between brands and creator communities, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, optimise in‑flight activations, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Collaborate with internal SocialChain teams—creative, data, and commerce—to deliver integrated, data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing influencer or social media campaigns for consumer or entertainment brands.
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, especially on platforms such as YouTube, Snap, Meta, and TikTok.
• Excellent client‑facing skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
