Insurance Program Manager

About the role

FintechOS is looking for an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead complex, customer‑facing transformation initiatives for insurers. The role sits at the intersection of transformation leadership, customer engagement and program execution, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes using the FintechOS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement across assigned programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and facilitating executive steering committees.
• Own the planning, execution, governance and delivery of large‑scale insurance transformation programs, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams.
• Identify, manage and mitigate program risks while overseeing budget, billing and resource allocation.
• Maintain strategic program governance, including status reporting, risk registers and decision logs.
• Support business growth by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success on pre‑sales engagements and identifying expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in program management within the insurance industry, delivering complex technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a portfolio environment.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills, including executive leadership engagement.
• Demonstrated experience with program budgets, governance, risk management and resource planning.
